How IT Verifies Your Information
To protect your account and personal information, Information Technology verifies your identity before discussing account details, resetting passwords or making changes to your access. This process helps safeguard university systems and ensures that sensitive data remains secure.
We can not reset passwords or make other changes to your account unless you request the change.
- When you contact IT by phone, you may be asked to confirm the last four digits of your Social Security Number and the month and day of your date of birth. If these items are missing we may also ask you for a phone number or address associated with your record.
- If you visit in person, please bring a valid photo ID (your driver's license or 性视界传媒 ID Card are fine).
